Estimates and bookings
The quote builder gives an indicative GBP estimate based on the selected requirements and saved rates. Postcode distance uses a geographic estimate with a road allowance; it is not a measured driving route. Manual distance depends on the information you enter. Sample rates are identified when enabled.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date, take payment or create a confirmed booking. Scope, final price including any applicable taxes, deliverables, delivery timing, payment, cancellation, rescheduling and usage rights must be agreed separately in writing before a booking. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.
Private galleries and portfolio use
Your gallery is available to the account assigned by the studio. Do not share account credentials. Tell the studio if the invitation was sent to the wrong email. Keep your own copies of delivered originals and agree how long the gallery will remain available.
Displaying work here does not grant visitors a licence to reuse, sell or redistribute it. Your permitted use of delivered photos and films is set out in your shoot agreement. Contact the studio about licences or image removal concerns.
